Our service uses advanced AI models for reply generation. However, users should be aware that:

• AI-generated replies may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• Generated replies may not accurately represent your intended tone or message
• AI systems may misinterpret context, sarcasm, or cultural nuances
• Replies may not comply with specific platform guidelines or professional standards
• Visual content analysis (images, memes) may be inaccurate or incomplete

Users should exercise particular caution with business-critical, legal, medical, or sensitive personal communications.

Our AI reply generation service is subject to fair use limitations and subscription-based usage limits. Users agree to:

• Use the service within your subscription plan's reply generation limits
• Not attempt to circumvent usage restrictions or create multiple accounts to exceed limits
• Not automate, script, or bulk process reply generation
• Not use the service for spam, harassment, or malicious activities
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models
• Not share account credentials or provide unauthorized access to third parties

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns, temporarily suspend service for violations, terminate accounts engaging in abuse, and modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

Postply operates through a Chrome browser extension that integrates with social media platforms. By using our service:

• You acknowledge that we access publicly visible social media content to generate contextual replies
• You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service
• You understand that platform changes may affect our service functionality
• You accept that we cannot guarantee compatibility with all platform updates or features
• You agree to keep our Chrome extension updated to the latest version

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the social media platforms we integrate with.

Postply offers subscription-based plans with different usage limits and features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods or reply credits
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Postply and Sonne Solutions Ltd expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Any errors, mistakes, or inappropriateness in AI-generated replies
• Damage to relationships, reputation, or business resulting from generated content
• Platform account suspensions, bans, or restrictions resulting from service use
• Unauthorized access to your social media accounts or personal information
• Service interruptions, bugs, viruses, or technical malfunctions
• Loss of data, conversations, or communications
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, goodwill, followers, or other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, including:

• AI models, reply styles, and generation methods
• Platform integrations and supported social media sites
• Features, functionality, and user interface
• Pricing, subscription plans, and usage limits
• Chrome extension features and permissions

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through email, website announcements, or in-app notifications. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately discontinued
• Any outstanding payments will become immediately due
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable notice period
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, non-payment, or behavior that poses risks to other users or the service.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Postply integrates with and relies on various third-party services:

• Social Media Platforms: WhatsApp, X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack
• AI Processing: Various AI service providers for natural language processing, including Anthropic AI
• Chrome Extension Platform: Google Chrome Web Store and extension APIs
• Payment Processing: Secure third-party payment processors

Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or performance of these third-party services.

When using AI reply generation, you agree that generated content may not be relied upon without independent verification of appropriateness and accuracy for your specific use case.

You retain ownership of any content you input into our service. However:

• AI-generated replies are provided without warranties of originality or uniqueness
• Similar replies may be generated for other users based on similar contexts
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable copyright and trademark laws
• You grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating replies
